SPHERE PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES

I tend to work with people who want to understand themselves better, improve difficult symptoms, and improve their relationships. I see clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, family crises, life changes, and various life experiences. It is very important to me that you feel comfortable and are able to build trust with me as your psychologist. I am open, down to earth, thoughtful, and caring. I see myself as walking on a path beside you, there to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, and to help you to make changes within your unique struggles and life experiences.

My approach to therapy depends on your needs. I primarily pull from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems models of psychotherapy. I find that some people need a more rational and cognitive approach. Others need help understanding and working more directly with emotions. I often think from and use an approach called Internal Family Systems, which deepens the therapy experience and can be especially helpful in healing from past traumas.
